Yes almost all of the items are anti-tarnish and water resistant. However, we recommend you check our jewelry care instructions below;

Use a soft 100% cotton cloth to clean your jewelry. Avoid harsh cleaners or polishing agents.

Store Safely
Store your jewelry in its original box or pouch. If unavailable, use a ziplock bag, jewelry stand, or organizer to protect it from moisture, heat, and dust.

How much time it would take to deliver my order?

Shipment Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, provided the items are in stock.

Delivery Time
- Shipments within India generally take 5 to 7 business days to reach most locations.  
- For remote or northern regions, delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days.  
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transit delays, or other external factors.

What is your exchange, return and refund policy?

At The Pochette, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. In the rare instance that your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to assist you. Kindly review our policy details below:

Refunds and Returns
No Refund Policy: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Products purchased during sales, using discount codes, or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchange Procedure
Unboxing Video Requirement: Upon receiving your order, please record a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process. This serves as proof in case of product defects, damage, or missing items.
To initiate an exchange, email us at orders@shopthepochette.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number in the subject line and attach images clearly showing the issue.
Transit and Delivery
Once an order is in transit, no cancellations or refunds will be processed. Delivery delays caused by external factors do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
Orders already processed cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customer Responsibility
Ensure accurate shipping details while placing your order. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, 50% of the order amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days after we receive the product.
Issues not reported within 48 hours of delivery will not qualify for exchanges or assistance.
Declined Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is declined at delivery, we regret to inform you that no refund will be issued.
Exclusions
Exchanges or replacements do not cover any damage, loss, or breakage of embellishments such as stones or pearls after delivery.
